As your local, independent pharmacy, we offer high quality products at very affordable prices, while providing the personalized attention and customer service you expect from a local business. We live, work, and play in the same community as you and your family. We believe it is our responsibility to take care of our community and neighbors, and it’s one we take seriously.
Owner Elizabeth Frommelt has been a pharmacist since 1992. After an extensive career in various settings as well as the US Army for seven years, she has worked in Harney County for 4 years. She has built relationships with a lot of customers and has gotten to know their needs in the area. She feels that there is a definite need for access to affordable pharmaceutical care in the un-insured and underinsured arena in Harney County, as well as a need for affordable health care in general — even for those who have insurance, but have high deductible plans. This is where Access Prime Pharmacy comes in.
Although Access Prime Pharmacy does not bill insurance, we have a lot to offer patients, even those who have insurance. We provide optional Wellness Plans that consist of a monthly fee that includes not only rock-bottom prices on a large list of generics, but access to a medical provider via tele-medicine, and affordable or even free lab work. These wellness plans are not considered insurance. These plans can be an excellent option not only for individual patients but also for employers who want to offer some benefits to their employees but can’t afford to provide insurance.
